Our regular hourly rate for website updates and maintenance is $65.00 per hour.
All packages include a weekly checking of the validity of hyperlinks and graphics, testing of forms, overall appearance, and basic functions of the website.
Features:
BKL Design Group guaranttees to change the content of your Web site within 72 hours of receiving the changes by email if there are no complications. Changes to content can include photo manipulation, graphic design and changes to the HTML text and/or layout.
Major changes, such as the addition of a new section, are subject to a fixed fee proposal.
We will ensure the validity and proper upkeep of all Web site files and act as the single point of contact regarding host server issues.
Overage rate refers to development hours over the hours allocated to each package.
Internet programming, content writing, audio and video integration, and animation are not included, but can be done at their respective hourly rates.
The term of the maintenance plan is one year, and will automatically renew itself at the end of each year.
NOTE:
- Any travel expenses incurred by BKL DESIGN GROUP may be incrementally billed to the Customer at cost.
- Hours of maintenance are charged from the first day of every month and are stopped on the last day of every month.
- That maintenance is charged on a per month fee not per change fee or per hour fee.
- The monthly bill will be sent to you on the first of every month by email in PDF format. A charge of five (5) percent monthly will apply to all outstanding balances more than fifteen (15) days overdue.
